The staff is too cool for school when it comes to Jimmy James' Halloween party. Any episode that features Phil Hartman in a big role is a good episode. This one is no exception. Nor is it the 'exception that proves the rule,' which if you think about it makes no sense. How does an exception prove a rule? How exactly? How?
