Bill invites Beth to a broadcasters' luncheon at the Waldorf. That's where they got the title. Crazy, right? Lisa and Beth worry that Bill is going to "put the moves on her." I presume "put the moves on" involves roofies and/or chloroform but that's moot once Beth later reveals what really happened. Dave, meanwhile, tracks down staff abuse of office privileges.
