Alzheimer's, Asperger's, autism

Alzheimer's disease. Asperger's syndrome. With apostrophe s and lowercase 'disease' and 'syndrome.' Autism is never capitalized (except in obvious cases such as the beginning of a sentence, the name of an organization or in a book title--duhr, I shouldn't have to tell you that).
