Hopes and Dreams

You will remember Greg McAwesome from such failures as his aborted attempt to master the art of poison, gross inability to build a guitar and staunch refusal to post in the forum. Shortly after photographing his pile of failed projects, I was fortunate enough to capture the burning of this material on digital video.

Is Greg laughing because...

• (A) he is not a professional actor
• (B) he can see a reflection of his facial hair in the lens of the camera
• (C) it is a defense mechanism against the crushing reality that all our dreams are dead or dying, and this website is one of the few spots of joy left in our lives
• (D) all of the above

EDIT: Greg had me pull the video because he is worried legions of internet dorks will swamp him for autographs at the local supermarket. Yep. Sounds plausible to me. (It's too bad. The video was really funny. You'll just have to take my word for it.)
