by Dave McAwesomeVoiced by the same guy who did Cobra Commander in the G.I. Joe cartoon, Starscream was a shrill, loud-mouthed pain in the ass. People loved this character for some reason. He was a conniving and petulant child. A foil for Megatron, I can only surmise the reason Starscream failed to have any appeal to me was that Megatron was not interesting enough of a villain to have a foil. Perhaps if Starscream were the main Decepticon character and Megatron were simply a foil for him AND if Starscream were not written so stupidly (as the Cobra Commander character was on G.I. Joe), then he'd have been much more watchable. The sole enjoyable moment of that awful 1986 Transformers cartoon movie was Galvatron killing Starscream.
